Regret

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

  • Always provide your order number or invoice number/receipt when first contacting us.
  • We always conduct a thorough evaluation before approving your right of withdrawal when it arrives at our office.
  • The product must be new and in saleable condition, otherwise your right of withdrawal does not apply. Both the product and its packaging must be new and undamaged.
  • If your right of withdrawal is not valid, we will return your product.
  • You as the customer always pay the return shipping in case of withdrawal.

Complaint

1. Provide your order number, invoice number/receipt.
2. Describe the product’s fault as clearly as you can.
3. We will help you with your problem as soon as possible.

In case of an approved complaint

You as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the product is well packaged, so remember to send the product in its original packaging or well packaged in a good outer packaging (e.g. corrugated cardboard). It is important to always include a clear description of the fault. This will make it faster for our service department to repair the product.

How long does a service case take?

The product will first be repaired and if this is not successful, IRELT AB will send you a new product. Service and return shipping takes place in Järfälla, Sweden and normally takes approx. 10 working days. We always try to be ready as quickly as possible so that you as a customer are satisfied.

Warranty

3 years warranty is provided on the following products from the date you received the product:
IRELT H1 TABLE, IRELT AH1 BODY, IRELT H3 PROFESSIONAL, IRELT STAND,
IRELT A18, IRELT A18L, IRELT A26 and IRELT A26L
Other products 1 year warranty.

Customer pays shipping to us and we pay shipping back to the customer.

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that occur during the warranty period.

Please note that the warranty is not provided for:

  • Operating faults
  • Neglect such as using the wrong power adapter for the product or abnormal pressure.
  • Electrical surges from, for example, lightning
