User manual for IRELT AH1 Body
In order to get good results, you usually have to take IRELT treatment ten times for 5-20 minutes at a time. Start by taking twice a week for two weeks to let your body get used to it and then you can increase to three times a week.
Face 5 minutes at a time from a distance of about 50 cm. Use safety glasses that come with the package.
The rest of the body in the first two weeks 10 minutes at a time and then 20 minutes at a time from a distance of about 30 cm or so that it feels comfortable.
Please follow the safety instructions.
- IRELT can be used by most people, but not pregnant women and those with pacemakers.
- Even them who have heart problems and metal implants must consult their doctor
- IRELT is not intended for use by children and people with a lack of experience and
knowledge - Place the device on a stable and level surface
- Place at least 30 cm away from the body or at least 50 cm from the face
- Raised and lowered
- The screen can be angled in different positions for the right angle

- Then start infrared treatment by pressing the start button
- Treat 5/10/20 minutes
- Do not exceed a radiation time of 20 minutes per session and 2 sessions per day

Remember that the lamp gets hot. Let it cool before putting it away.
