General terms and conditions
The following general terms and conditions apply to all agreements that you conclude with IRELT AB 559423-2687. By ordering, you accept these terms and conditions regardless of whether your order is placed in an online store or otherwise. Orders placed by persons under the age of 18 are assessed according to applicable rules for cash purchases and must have the approval of a guardian for ordering.
IRELT AB reserves the right to take responsibility for any printing errors in text and images as well as errors in product specifications on all products in the range. In the event of any errors in stating stock balances, IRELT AB reserves the right to correct this subsequently.
Contact our customer service if you are dissatisfied with goods that you have purchased from us. If you are still not satisfied, you can contact the Swedish National Board of Complaints or the EU Commission’s online platform for dispute resolution: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
We intend to participate in the dispute resolution procedure.

Force Majore
IRELT AB is not responsible for delayed performance caused by circumstances beyond IRELT AB’s reasonable control. In the event of force majeure, IRELT AB is entitled to additional time to fulfill its obligations. Examples of such circumstances include, but are not limited to, strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier, transport or production disruptions, exchange rate changes, government action, legislation or natural disaster. If such a circumstance lasts more than two months, either party has the right to terminate the agreement without the other party and/or has the right to receive compensation or an obligation to provide compensation.
