IRELT is a Swedish-made construction in stainless steel and aluminum, ensuring a long lifespan and designed according to the anatomy of the horse.
The specially manufactured IRELT infrared tubes have a lifespan of approximately 7000 hours. The electrical components are of high quality and CE marked.
The control cabinet is equipped with a timer, residual current circuit breaker, and separate 13 ampere personal protection circuit breakers.
IRELT and the control cabinet meet the requirements for IP65, i.e., dustproof and resistant to water jets from all directions.

Operating costs
As the energy is transferred without heating the surrounding air, this results in short and efficient treatment times, typically between 20-30 minutes. At today’s electricity prices, this amounts to approximately 2-3 SEK per treatment.
IRELT only requires supervision during treatment, allowing for other tasks. The light turns off automatically after the treatment ends.

Safety
IRELT is equipped with a residual current circuit breaker, personal protection circuit breakers, heat-resistant cables, fiberglass-reinforced cable bushings, and connectors.
A timer shuts off after the specified treatment time.
In the specially designed reflectors, the lamps are mounted at the bottom so that they cannot come into contact with the horse’s body. There are no electrically conductive points that the body can come into contact with either.
The unique fastenings ensure that IRELT hangs securely and cannot cause harm.

Adjustment
IRELT can be adjusted in height and sideways, as well as length depending on the size of the horse.
Installation
A qualified electrician is needed to connect the control unit. It is set up in approximately 30 minutes.
Ceiling Height
IRELT is supplied as standard for ceilings up to approximately 3.00 meters. For higher ceilings, there is an option for height adjustment with a remote control. If there are special requirements, please contact us, and we will find a solution.
Maintenance
It requires simple maintenance. The lamps are self-cleaning and only require inspection. The reflectors are cleaned with stainless steel cleaner.
