The specially manufactured IRELT MEGA STRONG infrared fluorescent tubes have a lifespan of approx. 7000 hours.
The electrical components have a high quality and are CE marked.
A timer switches off after the specified treatment time.

Warranty
Please contact your supplier or service center in the event of a complaint under warranty. If you must return the device, please include a copy of your receipt and state what is wrong.
The following warranty conditions apply:
1. The warranty period for IRELT products is three years from the date of purchase. In the case of warranty claims, the date of purchase must be proven by means of a sales receipt or invoice.
2. Defects in materials or workmanship will be corrected free of charge within the warranty period.
3. Warranty repairs do not extend the warranty period either for the unit or for the spare parts.
4. The following are excluded under the warranty:
a. All damages incurred due to incorrect treatment, e.g. failure to follow the instructions for use.
b. All damages resulting from repairs by the customer or unauthorized third parties.
c. Damages incurred during transportation from the manufacturer to the consumer or during transportation to the service center.
d. Accessories subject to normal wear and tear.
5. Liability for direct or indirect consequential losses caused by the unit is excluded even if the damage to the unit is accepted as a warranty claim.
Maintenance
* Before cleaning the unit, unplug it from the wall outlet and let it cool down.
* Clean the cooled unit with cloth and rub it dry.
* The reflectors are washed off with cleaning agents for stainless steel.
* The lamps are self-cleaning and only require maintenance.
* Do not use aggressive cleaning and scouring agents.
* Never immerse the device in water.
* Ensure that water does not enter the unit. If this is the case, do not use the device again until it is completely dry.
* Store the device in a dry cool place.
* The bulb is not part of the warranty, it will not be replaced free of charge.
If the lamp is broken, immediately unplug the device and do not use the device anymore. Attention! Risk of injury due to broken glass! Allow the unit to cool. Contact the service center.
In the event of any electrical problems, contact your supplier without delay.
